PureClean® tablets are a more cost-effective and environmentally friendlier way to use Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) versus traditionally produced HOCl.
PureClean® tablets mixed with water produces HOCl that works as a powerful cleansing agent that eliminates bacteria, viruses, spores, and other microorganisms without harmful chemicals, fumes or residues associated with traditional cleansers.
As a natural and safe alternative compared to other cleansers, HOCl is traditionally made by combining salt, water, and electrolysis. PureClean® in tablet form has many advantages over traditionally produced HOCl.

Traditionally produced liquid HOCl in a gallon container can cost $50/gallon delivered. PureClean® tablets make a gallon of HOCl for $9.29, less than 20% of the cost of a gallon of HOCl.
Lowers Shipping Costs:
Eliminates container and liquid weight of 9.5 pounds. One container of PureClean® tablets makes 14 gallons of HOCl at 300 ppm and weighs 1.9 ounces vs. 14 gallons of 1 gallon containers with liquid that weighs 133 pounds.
Shipping traditionally produced liquid HOCl from the producer to the retailer/end user is costly. PureClean® in tablet form eliminates the liquid weight and drastically reduces the costs of shipping and overall product costs.
Reduces Plastic Container Use:
Each gallon of traditionally produced liquid HOCl must be put in an individual plastic container. These containers are costly and must be disposed of and end up in landfills and are bad for the environment.
PureClean® in tablet form eliminates the need for multiple containers and a single container can be used repeatedly which eliminates container cost and disposal, which reduces overall product cost and is good for the environment.
Convenient On Demand Use:
Traditionally produced HOCl is manufactured at the plant and there is a lag time between the time it is produced and the time it reaches the customer and is consumed.
Since HOCl is a biodegradable product, once produced it begins to biodegrade back to its original state, which is salt water. In other words, it loses its effectiveness over time. This means that the HOCl may be produced at the plant at 300ppm and by the time it is used up by the end user, it could be significantly less.
PureClean® tablets drastically reduces that effect by eliminating the lag time of when the product is manufactured and obtained by the end user. Therefore, the customer has the most accurate and effective ppm product when they want it.
PureClean® has a shelf life of 5 years, so the end user never has to worry about their product losing its effectiveness anytime soon.
Consistent and Customizable Product Strengths:
PureClean® tablets come in a consistent formula that allows the user to produce a consistent ppm for different requirements. The tablets are formulated to produce 300ppm when mixed with a gallon of water.
If the user requires a more or less concentrated formula, the tablets can be mixed with more or less water to meet their requirements. The chart below shows the ppm of HOCl per tablet mixed with different amounts of water:

For many large commercial users, ordering large quantities of chemicals takes up a lot of space and being able to reduce storage space requirements reduces storage costs. PureClean® tablets eliminate the need for 55-gallon storage containers and therefore reduces space requirements and costs.
